MDD and optimum moisture entered here become available immediately to field techs on that project — when they open a soil compaction test and pick a Proctor #, these values autofill instead of being retyped by hand. Try it: add one below, then open the field app prototype and start a new soil compaction test on the same project. A Proctor with family curve points on file (2+) is also eligible to be auto-matched by a One-Point Proctor test — no manual selection needed there.

Spec values
CQA plan reference
Acceptance thresholds (spec %, moisture tolerance, required f'c, and similar) are only editable here, by a PM or engineer, sourced from the project's approved CQA plan. Field techs see these values locked on their device — they can't change what a test is graded against. Editing a spec only affects new tests going forward; tests already recorded keep the spec they were evaluated under.
Stub for this slice — pulls from the same live TestRecord data as Overview and the Live Feed rather than a separate export. PDF assembly, PE certification/e-signature, and submittal packaging are the next slice, per the architecture doc.

Add Proctor
Import from PDF: upload the lab's Proctor report and we'll try to read the method, max dry density, optimum moisture, soil description, and lab name off it — review everything before saving, since this is a best-effort read of the document text, not a guarantee. We don't try to auto-read the curve points off the chart itself (digitizing scattered plot points reliably isn't something we trust); instead, once imported, the original chart is shown below so you can transcribe the family curve points by eye.
Add the moisture/dry-density points from this Proctor's original multi-point curve to enable automatic one-point Proctor matching in the field app — a tech's single-point reading gets compared against every curve on file for the project and matched to the closest one. Leave blank if you only have MDD/OMC.
